For all orders, delivery charges to your destination will be advised once your order has been processed and prior to shipping.
Wort & Flea will endeavour to keep delivery charges to a cost effective minimum where able.
Orders will be dispatched on the next business working day, post full receipt of payment for your order (including shipping charges).
Where there is any unexpected delay on your order (e.g. custom orders), Wort & Flea will notify you via email with an estimated delivery date and you will retain the right to cancel your order.
Additional shipping information for our international customers, please note that applicable sales taxes and/or customs duty charges may be applied when your package reaches your destination, please check with your local customs office for further information and note you are solely liable for any additional charges imposed by customs at your destination arrival point.

Wort & Flea want you to be happy with your new purchase but realize sometimes things go awry.
If your item has a manufacturers fault or is damaged, please contact within 24 hours of product arrival and prior to returning your item to discuss, Wort & Flea will work with you to come to a satisfactory resolution, be that replacement, refund or store credit where appropriate.
If an item you have purchased is the wrong size for your fur baby, please contact us prior to returning your item to ensure we have a smaller/larger size in the same item available or a suitable alternative and to confirm any additional product and delivery charges that may be incurred. Please note this excludes any custom orders placed.
Wort & Flea will not accept liability for any items returned via untraceable methods and without prior notification of the reason for your return, nor for any change of mind purchases.
